Roy and JeAnne have taken great care of us and responded to our needs and questions quickly. We love FurLife and have been using the product for over 3 years for our five dogs. We never have to worry about finding a single flea or tick on any of our dogs. Thank you, FurLife and Roy and JeAnne, for providing such a wonderful product. Angie Roberts

The product worked great. Our dog which is very sensitive to medication did not have any issues. I had a small hiccup with the product and contacted customer service. They responded almost immediately. They were very polite and their responses not only displayed care but also compassion. The product works great. Just like the customer service. JeAnne and Julia did an amazong job in resolving my issue. I will definitely stick with them and thier products.

We made a purchase of 2 of the Pods for our dogs. We had some defective pods and reached out to furlife for assistance. JeAnne and Julia were wonderful with helping us get the situation taken care of and replacements sent to us. We would recommend furlife to anyone with pets for flea & tick prevention. Thanks again ladies for the quick responses and help. Sincerely Sherri Brethold

Am very excited to receive my order from FurLife as have read great reviews on this all natural flea and tick preventative pendant as my pup has had a very bad reaction to the pills provided by the vet. After placing my order, I realized there were color options available and reached out to them and got a very quick reply from Roy on their team who has assured me that it is all taken care of! Me and my Stella are also excited to see what else FurLife has to offer as seems like a good company with great customer service. Donna V.

Thank you, Matt for being very efficient and my request. A refund refunding me from the mistakenly purchased of two pink fur life’s instead of just purchasing one of the pink and one of the blue. I appreciate your efficiency and taking care of this matter. Thank you again Briana Klender

We received our tick tags on Saturday and by Sunday one of my dogs had somehow popped the oil pod out of the tag and lost it. I wasn't sure if it was poisonous so immediately reached out to customer support to make sure if they ate it, they wouldn't get sick. They assured me they were 100% natural and safe if accidentally ingested and sent me a replacement free of charge!

I needed multiple products so I sent an email to see if I could get personal help with ordering. Julia helped with a link where I could do my ordering without confusion. I also was able to use discount codes for great savings. Great customer service.
