I needed to reach out to customer support and the response time was great!

As a new customer, and a bit sketchy, I was a not sure which product to go with for my Fur Baby, Axle. So, I e-mailed with questions. Within minutes, Roy (customer service) had e-mailed me back and answered my questions and helped make the right decision for my baby, Axle. I've decided on ordering the pendant. And cannot wait to receive it. The customer service department are quick at responding, very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that you have.

JeAnne was so helpful. My dogs pendant had an issue and I could not long use it. I messaged furlife, sent a picture and they responded so fast with a replacement on the way. So refreshing to have a company stand behind the product and have a team that takes care of issues quickly!

I had a really great experience with FurLife customer service, unfortunately I had an issue with the product it came broken but Mat and Roy jumped so quickly at my email to help make it right and they definitely did!
