Roy was great in helping me with my request

Basically this error was my fault. I hit the confirm before realizing I ordered 2 & they last a year. Im extremly limited in funds so its not possible for me to buy something I wont need for a year. I sent an email within moments of making the order. I am gobsmacked that their customer service rep MATT, sent me a confirmation that he had received my email & minutes later another email telling me it was handled & my refund was issued! IMHO a business is only as good as their customer service team no matter how great the product is. With FurLife its a win win. Wonderfully safe effective product and a STELLAR employee like Matt. Thank you so much for the speedy refund. It makes an immediate difference for my little furbaby & me. God bless you abundantly, Paula & Pepper

The product was exactly as they advertised it to be The customer service was excellent. The order came in the timeframe they said it would. No complaints here.

My concern was answered immediately. Questions and refund were promptly. JeAnne and Mat were great to work with.

Julia resolved my problem so fast that I just assumed when I got the email saying that my damaged item was being shipped out already, I assumed it was just a reconfirmation of the delivery or an ad for some of the products they have. Moments after I sent the email about it damaged bottle, the replacement was already set to ship. Amazing.

I purchased the FurLife pendant for my two dogs a little over a month ago. Unfortunately, one of the silicone pendants broke, which caused it to hang loosely from my dog’s collar. FurLife is making it right by sending a replacement pendant. Thank you to JeAnne and Julia for your help.

We used the pendants on all 5 of our dogs. We live in an area where ticks are a big concern, the pendants kept the ticks as well as the fleas away. Also, this time around I made a mistake and ordered cat ones, I noticed it the next day and asked them to fix the order, they did so without any problems. Thanks
