I forgot to change my address before I submitted the order. Emailed customer service as soon as I realized that. Grissom responded very quickly with the new address confirmation. However that was August 28th. I still have not received my products. I do not remember it taking this long on previous orders.

I’ve had my dog on FurLife Colostrum for about two and a half weeks. The scratching hasn’t stopped, but it has lessened, and I’m happy with the progress so far. My first package arrived hard and caked together, but Patrick from customer support was wonderful and arranged a replacement. I really appreciate the helpful service and would definitely recommend FurLife.

I ordered the wrong product and realized it right away, I got an email sent to support right away and JeAnne, Patrick and Glisson were great at getting back to me right away. They handled the order promptly and corrected the difference in pricing. I have not received the product yet, but if it is as good as the customer service, I will be writing another review.
