I contacted the company on their website about a defective pod. In seconds I received an email so I can give details. This was late at night. To my surprise early the next morning I had an email from JeAnne apologizing for the inconvenience and telling me that a replace will be sent. This is great customer service. Thank you so much JeAnne for a fast service. I used the pod last year with great results so that’s why I ordered again this year. The pod does the same thing as those expensive pills for fleas and ticks and the pods are made with natural ingredients.

I had a problem with my order and I emailed Furlife! Roy,Ramon and Patrick was amazing and handled my problems very well I highly recommend!!!

There had been a mistake of ordering one pendant and having it register 2 and charging my card as though I had ordered two. I emailed customer service and within a couple of hours Patrick from Customer Service credited the second charge. I was very pleased!!

I somehow accidentally ordered two. So I sent a message asking if someone could help me with canceling the green pendant order. I’m pleased to say a very nice young man named May was very helpful and reached out to me that he took care of me and was able to refund me for the extra one I accidentally ordered! I’m very pleased with Mat and appreciate his quick and informative response! Thank you Mat! God bless!

We purchased the collar attachments not expecting them to help since we had already tried everything from meds, diet, shampoos and natural remedies. But to our surprise, within a few days, both dogs were itch free! It is so nice to see them resting and not scratching miserably. Roy, Julia and JeAnne couldn’t have been more helpful when I had an issue with one of our collar attachments. They were willing to listen to my issue and found a suitable solution to it. I will forever be a Furlife customer due not only to a wonderful product for my dogs, but due to the awesome customer service dept!

Customer service is great - mentioning team Glisson, Julia, and Mat. The shipping speeds are kind of slow, but the product seems good so far. I had mistaken that they have 2 types of collars, but they replaced it for me with minimal cost. I have still not been able to test out the collars and excited to see no fleas/ticks for the summer!
