My dogs pendant had a small rupture in it, causing the oil to leak, I contacted furlife support, Glisson, Roy and Julia were very helpful from beginning to end. They replaced my item at no additional cost. I was very satisfied with their attention to detail and efforts provide customer satisfaction.

I purchased the dog collar and absolutely love it! I wasn’t sure if it was able to be worn 24/7 so I reached out to support and received a response right away from JeAnne. She was friendly and very clear on the directions, and it’s really nice to have a reply from a REAL person that’s no AI generated. I ordered these for my dogs, not too long after we put the on their collars one of the disc's sprung a leak and all the oil leaked out. I contacted customer service regarding this issues and they were quick to respond and were helpful. They were able to send me a replacement free of charge. So far my experience with fur life has been very positive. Would reccomend again to another pet parent
