I have always had great experience with FurLife, but this time around was even better than I ever imagined! Last year we purchased 4-8 month collars for our four Australian Shepherds. The collars worked so well that we purchased four more this year to protect our babies. I put their collars on them. Everything was fine and one morning. I noticed that Rosie was missing her collar so I searched the yard and I couldn’t find it. I still haven’t been able to find it but with the fleas and ticks coming out I didn’t want to waste a minute so I reached out to furLife and spoke with Patrick through email and told him that we lost one and asked if I could get a discount for a replacement since we were good customers. Patrick sent us a replacement for Free!! I couldn’t believe it, the kindness I couldn’t believe it! So all four of the dogs have a flea collar on now and they are protected. I made a mistake with my recent order, the web site was a bit confusing and I ordered 2 items by mistake. I immediately e-mailed your site and within 3 minutes, Glison corrected my error and got back to me with a very nice e-mail! Very sweet and I LOVE this companies attention to customers! I was very pleased that Roy responded in a quick and helpful answer to my text. I am so happy that I found a natural and safe method of flea and tick control for my yorkiepom and my two cats. Ordered this last year for my blue healer worked great! It wasn't 100% but I wasn't expecting it would be. Excellent alternative to the harmful chemical fle and tick medicine. However this year's did have a slight issue with my order but ferlife customer support took right care of it with no problem! Highly recommend 👌!!!
