This company is outstanding. Not only do they have an excellent product but also have the best customer service! I had a slight problem with one pendant and Jeanne and Mat took care of everything and they were excellent to work with.

I want to put a shout out to Roy, Glisson and Ramon for working out a solution to my dog collar issue. I very much appreciate the quick attention to my email and a rapid response with a solution.

5 stars because I don’t think my original problem was Furlife’s fault to begin with and they resolved it promptly and courteously. I’m a single mother on a very tight budget. I have two Shih Tzu‘s that are everything to me. Even with my tight budget taking the best care of them I can is important to me. I hate putting poison on my dogs. I’ve tried so many alternatives that didn’t do anything and when it doesn’t work, I’m putting them at risk. Although I haven’t received the product from Furlife yet so I can’t yet review it’s effectiveness, I can review an issue I had and the resulting customer service. When I placed my order, I used a coupon code that I had been emailed from Furlife. I was buying two collars and that was almost $60 so the coupon code was important to me. I applied the coupon code and then submitted my order. When I looked at the final receipt, the coupon code was never added to my order. It was there when I placed the order. I saw the discount come up and the amount removed from my total, but when submitted, it conveniently disappeared. I was very upset. I immediately emailed Furlife and told them if they can’t refund me the coupon code amount then cancel my order. Yes, I was a bit dramatic but you feel like you’re being scammed left and right these days. I felt like I’d been taken advantage of and I was angry. In less than 12 hours, I got a response from Furlife. They looked into my order saw that I definitely did not get the discount and immediately refunded me a 24%‼️ They refunded it back to my original payment method. They apologized, were prompt, courteous and resolved my issue. Can’t go wrong with that. The person who helped me, Julia! Very kind and efficient. Now, hopefully, the product works just as well! I’ll be back to review my collars when I have some results. Thank you Julia at Furlife 💖

There were issues with my delivery from an order I placed. FurLife sent me some emails to confirm my address & still wanted my order. Timely feedback & responses. Roy advised my order was being sent back out & would provide my tracking info once it became available. Customer service is excellent & timely.
