This is a wonderful all-natural product that really works! I went from ticks almost every time we did a trail run, to ZERO ticks each time. I also have had very helpful kind customer service from JeAnne, Julia and Glisson to help me when it broke since my playful pup is barely 1-year old. They replaced it right away!!
