Be more clear about how long the collar is effective
I reached out to Furlife after I found a tick on one of little dogs. I received an email from Furlife support advising that the 8 month collar is effective for 3 weeks. Wish I had known this information prior to buying. I would have still purchased these because they worked well for the first month. I will purchase more of these as I do like the all natural approach to flea and tick protection. I just wish that I had known that these collars are only effective for 3 weeks and not actually for 8 months. Also the 100% guarantee is only for 30 days. Once I realized that the collar was no longer effective the guarantee had passed. This all should be more clear. The collars work really well for a few weeks and I did purchase more today. Customer service is very prompt with response times. #furlife
