Unfortunate
In the beginning we loved get floors online. We ordered our floors from you at a HIGHER price because you confirmed that the material was in stock. We were NOT notified until several days later that the material was backordered without a definite date for delivery. It is now costing us more money for the contractor to re-mobilize as we could not give them a delivery date. We would have highly recommended you if you did NOT give us a false lead. We still do not know when we will get the product

The customer placed their order on February 19th, and it was delivered on February 28th—exactly 7 business days later, right within the expected timeframe. There was some initial confusion regarding a product being on backorder, but in reality, it simply needed to be transferred internally. This did not cause any delay to the customer’s order. This customer is a valued repeat buyer and has expressed satisfaction with their experience. In fact, they intended to update their review to a 5-star rating but have encountered technical difficulties in doing so. The concerns mentioned in the original review were addressed promptly and thoroughly resolved.
