I initially posted a 5-star review after I placed my order, which was delivered today in perfect condition. Cris, the order processor, was excellent from the beginning, and if possible I'd give him 10 stars. Many thanks, Cris!

My first experience as a designer working with your organization has been exceptional. After placing an initial order, issues at the job site required an additional small, subsequent order, which was followed by a second small order. Each time Christian was very responsive in placing the order and Jen was instrumental in walking the order through the process to enable the small 2 box order to be picked up to keep the job site rolling. Employees that provide great customer care are so rare and I wanted to recognize your team. I will absolutely be working with you all in the future for my projects!
