I have an account through Yotta, I have 25,000 dollars I cannot access. I have a debit card from them, a routing and checking number and they are saying my account information doesn’t exist holding my money hostage. Do NOT bank with Evolve, they have been laundering money and stealing from hard working. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!

I have an account through Yotta and my money is held at Evolve Bank and Trust. I have a routing and checking number and they are saying my account information doesn’t exist and my money, over 4,000, is missing. Do NOT bank with Evolve, they have been laundering money and stealing from hard working individuals. They should have a lawsuit for false advertising alone with using trust in their banks name. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!

I use the Grid Banking app and have had my checks direct deposited into that account and because your Fighting with Synapse the poor guy gets shafted and my account has been frozen for 3 weeks now and I have children to feed and I live check to check so Evolve Bank and Trust is slowly sinking and I want my money 💰 back!!

I have a checking account with Juno Finance, which uses Evolve Bank and Trust as their bank. I have had this account for a couple years, and in May 2024, Evolve Bank froze my account (and the accounts of hundreds of thousands of other customers), which now prevents me from accessing all of my funds. They are apparently in the middle of a dispute with a company called Synapse, and as a result, they are preventing me from having access to my hard-earned money. This is near criminal activity. They have locked me out of my checking account, and I cannot make withdrawals, I cannot transfer money out of my account, it’s as though the money has completely disappeared. I have thousands of dollars in this checking account that I can no longer access, and no one is taking accountability and providing me with access to my funds. Evolve Bank is a horrible institution for doing this to me and hundreds of thousands of other hard working people.

Like many others I have been denied access to my funds since 11 May 2024. I wonder how much interest Evolve has earned on these illegally frozen assets in that time.

I’d give 0 if I could. Evolve has frozen everyone’s accounts with zero notice due to the collapse of Synapse who processed their ACH and credit/debit cards. Synapse is now under Bankruptcy protection. Why Evolve has not found a new processor yet, is beyond comprehension. I have $500 frozen plus my $2800 direct deposit is now “lost”. It’s not in my account and it was not rejected/returned to my employer. I have literally no funds and no way to access what is rightfully mine. This is no way to run a company. Lives and livelihoods are at risk. No way to pay bills, buy food, get gas in the car to go to work. All this & Absolutely NO communication from Evolve. I can only imagine the class-action lawsuit that will come out of this. You can’t just freeze people’s accounts, give zero explanation and expect us to be ok with it. A one-day glitch is an inconvenience, 8 days and counting - unacceptable. Do not bank with them. If you’re a current customer - File a report with the FDIC and continue to call/email Evolve prompting an immediate resolution. Good luck to all who are suffering in this horrible situation. Evolve - you need to fix this - like yesterday!!!

Without warning they put a freeze on my bank account so i cant access over $1000. Since there was no warning I also had a $700 direct deposit that is lost. I need access to those funds. My rent came from this account and is now late. I have no idea when I'll be able to pay it.

I have about $5,000 on deposit at Evolve through Yotta. For the past week they have deprived me of any way to spend, transfer, or withdraw my money.
