Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT bank with Evolve Bank and Trust. Mishandled funds, lost or stolen (Yotta/Synapse/Evolve case). Returning to users pennies on the dollar. Possible fraudulent or criminal activity within.

Lost 3k dollars. Do not trust these people.

I had $2,300 deposited with them. In May, they froze my access to it. After more than 6 months, they sent me an email letting me know I’d be getting less than $200 back, and that they had lost the rest to the “ecosystem.” I’ve submitted an appeal which they ignored.

Would rate zero stars if I could. They lost millions of dollars from end users. Anyone lucky enough to actually be getting back the full amount they’re owed has been waiting for weeks for an ACH transfer that we were told was sent out that first week. Turns out they didn’t even initiate the transfers until a couple of days ago, right before the weekend. The stress of being without my money that was SUPPOSED to be safe with them has quite nearly ruined my life. They are completely unsympathetic and continue to insist none of this is their fault.

Do not use Evolve for banking services. Over the past year they have proven their inability to keep user data safe (having it leaked to unknown parties) and their inability to keep track of customer funds. Thousands have lost money that evolve had but claim they sent to other banks. Evolve, of course, refuse to give details of where teh money was sent. No statements provided. Very shady bank. CEO also seems to have a history of shady dealings.

Steal money from customer, trash bank

Somehow have lost $10 million dollars from thousands of yotta and Juno members. Now named in class action lawsuit which can get searched in Reddit. Do not bank with these ppl

Evolve Bank & Trust leaked my data to hackers and “lost” 96% of the funds I had deposited in a checking account. Their customer service is not responsive and can not provide any useful information. I hope the feds shut them down soon.
