Very poor customer service - unreachable with need to cancel. I am having to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. Difficult to reach them, no help when you do. Not a reputable company.

The worse customer service EVER do not subscribe if you do have any issues or problems they won’t answer your emails , they Don’t Have a PHONE NUMBER you will basically been charged over and over again , you will have to cancel your credit card in order to get them stopping charging you . It is unbelievable how they operate business without a PHONE and no answer emails back . AGAIN DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!

I tried to cancel the subscription 5x time and they still charge my credit card. I had to call my bank to file a claim for those charges and put an alert on my account not to be charged again. Terrible customer service. NO response. No phone number available.

A great resource for children's ebooks. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. THERE'S NO ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ONLINE INQUIRES. BEWARE!

1. When I normally read a book it often doesn't appear in the continue reading section. 2. When I was looking for camp epic and all the epic books, I don't see the categories and cannot find the book. 3. There are many books and I like this fact.

well where to begin, oh ok, you have only books 1 and 2 of diary of a wimpy kid me and my friend's kids ask us "where are the other books?"
