Trash Warrior was quick to take my money after agreeing to the quote, but then came back and asked for more because they did not factor in the rising costs of gas prices. Instead of taking this as a red flag, I agreed with the extra charge. Then the day of picking up the dumpster came and I reached out for an ETA... 9am-4pm was the quote as though that narrows down the window. At 4:30pm I reached out and asked where they were, and they said they would reach out their provider. An hour later, I have to reach out again and then get told it will get picked up the next day. I request a morning pickup and they said okay, but it is now 3pm and after I had to reach out again to follow up, they are pushing back the pickup until next week. This dumpster has been in my driveway for days. Poor service, poor communication, and nothing but apologies. Don't do what I did--next time use local services and not these middlemen who over-promise and under-deliver.

Great experience! This service was much cheaper than others I found online. The process was very easy and I liked the transparency with the price. My couches were picked up on time and Angel was kind and communicative.

My pickup had to be rescheduled several times due to low availability in my area, but once the job was confirmed it was a smooth experience. The worker actually arrived several hours earlier than scheduled (which could have gone horribly wrong since no one was home at the time), but thankfully I had left out all of the trash for removal outside where it was easily visible, and had also attached photos of the items during booking, so it seems that the worker had no problem identifying and picking up the items. I just wish there had been a way for me to communicate with the worker on the day of the job for a more streamlined experience.
