Perfect once they arrived
My pickup came a day later than I’d planned (hence the 4 stars otherwise 5 all the way)but the haulers showed up and took away the items I wanted to be rid of. They were neat, friendly and efficient.

Showed up on time and was done loading…
Showed up on time and was done loading our stuff in less than 5 minutes. Justin is very nice as well as professional! Thanks!

I would not use this company again…
**EDIT** They also reached out to me to offer 50% off next purchase if I would remove my review if them... I would not use this company again their customer support is terrible and I was given 5 different delivery times. Then told it was because of traffic in my area. When I sent them traffic reports showing that was false they said oh it was traffic in between the areas. When I said no try again he was supposed to be 15 minutes away 2 hours ago.... I got "he will get there when he gets there"

He was on time and he also communicated and really wanted to provide the documentation I needed to provide to TuftandNeedle so I could get my refund.

Very happy with this service. Would us them again.
Ben from Dimension responded to my request quickly. The person who picked up our expired hand sanitizer was very nice and polite, and removed the materials very fast. Everything was great.

Dumpster
We could not get a dumpster at a property up in the hills of Los Angeles, however Dimension got the job done for less than what we were trying to pay waste management.

Overall a quality experience
Overall a quality experience. The price was better than most that I found and I found their website to be really easy to use. I was a bit disappointed by the actual provider, they were somewhat rude and were a day late picking the dumpster up. All in all, I'd use them again, but it was far from a perfect experience.
