Their website is safe and user friendly. They contacted me in a timely manner and answered all my questions. The guys showed up on time and moved my piano safely. I would use them again!

Easy to schedule online. Despite me scheduling it a few days in advance, dimension texted me the next day asking if I was able to do the pickup sooner as a driver was in the area. So I actually got next day service without paying for it. Thanks Dimension!

Dimension corrected the situation below and helped make it right, which was more than reasonable. I've used Dimension over 10 times for pickups, and never had an issue, but on this particular day -- the provider showed up without help, couldn't load the items and required significant assistance for loading. The quote provided also ended up being under what was charged, which has never happened before. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure future business means I would happily use them again in the future.
