I received a second order on contrave and returned it without opening per guidance from company rep and did not receive refund and could not take the medication due to side effects. So I wasted money on first bottle ( my risk understand ) and second bottle they never credited me .

After putting out $144 for the doctor’s consult and one month supply of pills, I had a terrible reaction after only the second dose. My symptoms were not what was described as normal symptoms. I was extremely disoriented and had major anxiety and almost went to the emergency room because of it. I called customer service the next morning and was promised a pharmacist or nurse would call back and nobody did. I spoke with my own personal doctor who told me to stop taking it or those reactions will continue. When I called customer service back later that night, I was told they would not refund the cost. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was no one there at that time. When I emailed the doctor that had prescribed me the contrave, there was no such email address. Very shady scamming company and I would advise anyone to stay away.

Horrible medication. Do not buy this!! Made me feel like having a heart attack and panic attack!! After talking to them they will not refund your money!! I guess if I died a lawsuit would have been approved then!!! Their service is disturbing and will not work with you!!! Do not purchase as it doesn’t matter what kind if symptoms you have they will not help you out!!

Getting a doctor to prescribe Contrave is easy. Getting the medication is another story. While they claimed it shipped the next day after I ordered, it has been 10 daysnandnthe tracking through the USPS is not showing any movement. I have been selling online for 21 years and I understand the problems currently plaguing the USPS. However, if your main job is to get meds to consumers, then use a more reliable service. I was able to get a rx from a local doctor and since I work for a pharmacy, I got my drugs in 1 day. I have contacted Get Contrave twice about my meds and they blame the post ofice but said they would send a replacement if I don't get my order in a couple days. I am going to dispute the charge and file a complaint with every agency listed on their "contacts" page.

Do NOT waste your money on Contrave. It cost so much money and did NOTHING for me. The doctor I talked to promised me that it would work for me, but I was lied to. I was really hoping for something that cost me this much money would work. Like I said...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!

I would give Zero if I could. No help with running out of meds, they blame it on the post office. Very poor customer service with nothing but excuses. Very disappointed

Never saw any benefits. When I tried to cancel, 8 or 9 months after wasting over a $1,000.00 on this product, I gave them 2.5 weeks notices. I sent them two email messages in reply to their messages, and also sent a reply back to their text message to me. I advised them that I am a service connected disabled Army Veteran, and I couldn’t keep wasting my money on a product that doesn’t work for me. They still sent the product and charged me. I was not able to call due to my hospitalization. But I sent them another message asking why I received more medicine that I won’t use, and why, after I expressed my frustration with the product and told them to stop the auto-pay immediately, TWO FULL WEEKS BEFORE it was due to come out again, I was still charged. They didn’t offer to take the unopened bottle back and refund me, they just said we will not charge you anymore. That’s horrible business!
