Poor customer service. Website says dr consultation within 48 hrs and lists weekend days and times. It’s now Monday, over 48 hours, no call. They do not provide a clinic link in order to set up a video appointment through eVisit, so you cannot even register on eVisit. I had to send an email as their instant chat was not working. No response to that email. I then called customer service and was told the doctors don’t work weekends and they would get right on having a doctor call me. Been 4 hours.... still nothing. In reading their reviews they state it will take up to FOUR MONTHS for this medication to become effective. Website has bugs and loads a refill request when you check on the status of your order. Worst service ever! Contacted my bank and they will not be released any funds at least.

I just finished my consultation and let me tell you, it was the worst consultation! She didn’t answer any of my questions and would not let me ask her any questions. All she did was say her little routine spill and as soon as she was done said I’m going to send you an email where you can ask questions and hung up. Total waist of money on consultation!!!!!! Now I’m gonna see how the rest goes.

I notice no difference in my weight it works to suppress my appetite I eat healthy drink lots of water but I am constantly bloated and have not lost a pound

I tried for 3 months. The nausea and feeling really bad never went away. Did not curb appetite very well. Only lost 8 pounds in 3 months. Can’t believe how much better I feel now that it’s out of my system.

This did absolutely nothing for me. Except it gave me constipation which is not a good thing. Not even a little bit of an appetite suppressant. What a waste of money. Sorry

Wow, the side effects...to lose about 2 lbs in two and a half months? Not worth it. And STOP auto-refilling!!! I have two full bottles when I'm still working through half of a bottle from the second shipment.

Doesn’t work at all - it’s a waste of $99 a month
