Contrave itself helps a lot especially when I have meds that make me more hungry than I should be. I have no cravings so choosing healthy is easy, hunger is reduced enough to stay on a diet, and BONUS it helps with my chronic pain. The effectiveness of the suppressant is not what I hoped it would be. There is some effect, but I still find myself with hunger pangs regardless of what time of day it is. I also take the medication at regular, precise intervals.
