I lost over 35 lbs with Contraceptive and I am still losing weight. I have changed my eating habits. I think the first few days I had headaches and weird taste in my mouth. That subsided pretty fast. I believe the headaches were from all the sugar and caffeine withdrawal I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight.it worked very well for me.
