I’m not sure if I’m reviewing Contrave the product or the company I purchased it from here. But, I give 5 stars to both. After 18 years of yo-yo dieting and having my “set” weight creep up from 135 to 190 in that period of time, Contrave has allowed me to lose 35 pounds in 8 months. I’ve never ever stuck to a weight loss program that long in my life. Contrave wasn’t the only tool I used, but it was essential to having the other tools work. It gave me the motivation to keep working out at the gym. Counting calories is ultimately what worked for me, but without Contrave, I would have caved to the cravings and hunger, and the feeling that I needed to reward myself with yummy sweet things. The only thing that ever worked for me in the past (short term, because it wasn’t sustainable) was a low carb diet, because it helped prevent hunger pangs. But, with Contrave, I don’t have to count carbs, just calories. That way, I can enjoy a variety of foods. I just tell myself that I have a certain daily budget of calories and allow myself to eat whatever I want within that budget. I have naturally tended to lean towards healthy foods with occasional not-so-healthy choices. As for the company that I purchased from, thank you so much, you made it very easy. I feel like I would have had to twist my primary care physician’s arm to prescribe it. I was honest about my health history on the application and I check my own blood pressure regularly. The health benefits of the weight loss, as well as my improved self-esteem has been so worth the $99.00 a month. I probably save that much in the amount of food that I consume anyway.

So I have been struggling bad since my 2 babies 14 months apart. I workout, I get over 10k steps a day, extremely active. I don't sleep well, so my cortisol levels are extremely high. Stress HIGH!!!! my doc said I had to try to cut more calories. FIRST time in my life to have candy in house going to expiration date!!!! 3 months in, 10 lbs down doing nothing different except this. Just helps keep you from sneaking a little extra bite or snack.

I’ve had no problem at all. The doctor called as soon as they could and accommodate my schedule. The pills work, and they ship automatically without me having to worry.

I'm loving it. It's not like most "diet pills". I'm not jittery and don't feel like my heart is racing. I still eat, it's just now I can put the food up when I'm done. I don't crave food all the time!

I love contrave! It has helped me to start reaching my fitness goals. I know longer trip myself up by binge eating or cravings. I also don’t constantly think about food like I used to. I also don’t have any undesirable side effects.
