The provider was prompt! We did have a connection issue with sound which he promptly worked around with a phone call to me.

Had trouble connecting with the Dr. but staff was very helpful and I was finally able to speak with the doctor.

Always a good experience especially being able to request the same prescriber each time.

Love how fast and easy it was to set up an appointment through your login on the Contrave website. The reminders of your appointment time and date were extremely helpful as well. The consult with a physician was thorough and quick. I rated my experience 4 stars instead of 5, due to having to wait some time for an appointment/appointment availability, and technical difficulties at the start of my appointment. Overall, would still highly recommend this process.

Televisit was easy to schedule and accommodated my own work schedule. Quick visit and follow up email explaining the basics of how to take medication and what to expect.
