Contrave helped me lose 30 lbs in about 90 days. It did help with cravings and satisfaction with smaller portions. You still need to be conscious of calorie intake though.

I’ve been taking contrave for one month, through the Holidsy season. I’ve lost 12 pounds. Also I feel so much calmer. I didn’t realize how anxious I was until I calmed down with the contrave. I’m not using food to satisfy myself like I was in the past. I’m also eating healthier so I’m developing better eating habits.

I finally am not thinking about food all day. The headaches the first couple weeks were frequent but an ibuprofen was all it took to go away. It’s been about 5-6 months and I’ve lost almost 30 pounds. I actually feel full. I had gastric bypass 6 years ago and 30 pounds was from my lowest after surgery. Now I am only a few pounds away from my lowest (ever since high school). Even though people with WLS lose more than I did my surgeon considers me a success but this has given me renewed hope.
