Contrave has helped me to loose weight that I have struggled to loose for 3 years. I don’t crave the foods I used too. I am able to control portion sizes due to not feeling hungry all the time. I spent over $2,800 over 3 years on HCG injections which had me not only giving myself shots everyday but I was only eating 500 calories per day. The food had no taste because I couldn’t season it or have any fat what so ever. Then as soon as I stopped the injections the weight came right back.?With Contrave I can make healthy choices on my own, eat what everyone else is eating while maintaining portion control and I can enjoy what I’m eating. Yes I have salad dressing and I have cream occasionally but I also make sure that my intake of good healthy foods outweighs the not so healthy foods.
