This product does help suppress my appetite an cravings. When i first started using the Contrave it gave me headache. But after taking it for awhile the headaches subsided. I have been taking Contrave for about 6 months. I havent really weighted myself but i was wearing a size 12 pant now Im back in my size 10. I actually dont take the recommended dosage an it still helps my appetite
