I am currently taking Contrave and I can't imagine NOT using it. I have lost weight (180 lbs to 167 lbs in 3 months) but I seem to be getting other benefits that I wasn't expecting. I have more energy and I'm in a more positive frame of mind. I am also on anti-depressants for over 10 years now, and Contrave seems to make them work better. With more energy and a better mind-set, I'm now looking for exercise classes which was impossible for me to even consider in the past. I hope this continues.
