I found Contrave on line because I need help!! Years or I should say a life time of being overweight and I had to seek other options. I have been using Contrave and without doing anything, serious nothing extra I lost 14 lbs in 1 month I know it’s a drop in a bucket, and you hear all the others say try this or try that !! Worked great for me

I started contrive 1/2018 out of pure desperation. A relative had been on it and raved about it but after I read reviews I was really afraid to take it due to headaches and nausea people were experiencing. When I became desperate i started. I lost a total of 50 pounds without exercise over a period of 12 months. Like wow! I have the worst metabolism and its always been very difficult for me to lose weight. I've struggled my entire life. I'm currently 51. I actually didn't get the really terrible side effects people were mentioning and neither did anyone else I knew who took Contrave except for one person achieved a sever rash and had to stop. After being on for a month or two I would become ill almost every other Sunday like clockwork. Ultimate i realized it was due to Contrave but I also realized it was due to eating 2 slices of greasy pizza the night before. Contrave says to steer clear of grease and peanut butter at a minimum. I immediately stopped eating the pizza and all issues stopped so the issue was me eating too much grease. I also had to avoid fried things like French fries. I only ate a small portion to ensure I didn't get sick. I did start to eat pizza again but I absorbed the grease off first and no issue. So be sure to watch out for grease and fried foods and good luck. This changed my life.

I find this works great for me. Not only have I lost weight I have more energy.
