I have been taking it for two days now, and I love it. Being that I never feel hungry, I have more control over when i do eat. I'm able to make healthy choices and I eat a very small portion. I can already tell I'm going to lose this weight. Right now I am 257 lbs. My goal weight is 150, but for my height of 5'3" my healthy weight is supposed to be 130. I am very excited!!!! I'm just so upset I waited so long to try it.

I have lost a couple of pounds in the first week. No major negative side effects although I had very short-lived (a minute) stomach upset a couple of times within an hour of taking.
