So far I have lost 35 pounds since beginning taking Contrave. I have tried so many other weight loss programs and medications, and this is the most effective weight loss tool I’ve ever had, and is the most success I’ve ever had in my weight loss journey.

When taken correctly, these are a great aid to weightloss. By taking them (for me late morning & late afternoon) they help take the 'edge' off leaving me feel like I'm not STARVING so I can make better choices when eating. Rather than grabbing something quickly to stop me from thinking of food, I can choose healthy options that will help keep me full. Not a miracle weightloss pill, but when taken every day, they help me lose weight. Side effects for me include dry mouth (which helps remind me to drink more water) and a more even mood (maybe because I'm not anxious about food all the time). My goal was to lose 26lbs in one year. I'm at 11 months and 20lbs lost. I won't make 26 but that was how I was measuring the results.

I've been taking Contrave for about 6 months. I started at 217lbs and am as of today 196lbs. I don't notice any side effects such as jitters or mood swings but, what I do notice BIG time is I do not think about food all day every day. I'm able to walk away from cravings and that to me is the biggest thing. At meal time I eat small meals, I don't know if it's the Contrave, but I used to eat till I couldn't eat anymore and then feel miserable. I don't care that it isn't a drastic weight loss because I've done those any they don't work over time, you just gain it all back and more. I'm a believer in this product 100%

Contrave has been.very helpful in controlling appetite and cravings. Have lost six pounds in six weeks so far.
