So far so good. I haven’t had any bad side effects at all. Only ones have been dry mouth and slight constipation which is my own fault for not drinking enough water! I’ve noticed a definite decrease in my appetite and I do get fuller much quicker. I lost 7 pounds in the first 4 weeks then had to have surgery. It was recommended by my anesthesiologist to suspend taking it until a few days post, which I have just started working my way back up to full dosage. All in all I’m very pleased with the medication thus far.

It took the full first 2 weeks to actually notice a difference. I was on the border of giving up. The max dose does help. It helps cut the craving. It helps make you fuller faster. I do enjoy it. It has helped me. I've lost 10 pounds in a month! I wish it helped a little with energy. Or to take less pills, but it does help.
