The program is very confusing. I get email notifications that my prescription is being worked on and will be ready for delivery shortly. Then 2 weeks later I get another email and it's another week before it is mailed, a lot of times resulting in me being out for several days. I think a better communication system would benefit people greatly.
Disappointed
Did not help much with appetite suppression or cravings. Was hoping for more results, I guess. Thanks

I honestly am not sure what to think of Contrave. I have lost 15 lbs in 3 months but I cut calories and I spin. I tried Contrave without diet and exercise and I lost zero weight. I honestly think it’s best to lose weight the good old fashion way, with a calorie deficit.
