In my situation Contrave has done a great job curbing my appetite. I lost 25 lbs in 10 weeks but I also exercised daily and a lot of times twice daily. The reason 4 stars and not 5 is I thought the product was supposed to tell my brain to stop eating. It doesn’t seem to do that and I still have some major cravings for food at night.

I would say it was quite easy to use and would recommend to anyone.
