So, I’ve tried a lot of things to lose weight. I have PCOS so cravings are a huge struggle for me. I’ve also been a binge eater for most of my adult life. Contrave has helped control my cravings and reduce my appetite. I’m 5”5 and have gone from 196lbs to 184lbs in 5 weeks. In addition to taking Contrave, I am making healthier food choices (but still eating what a I love in moderation) and walking my neighborhood a few times a week. I have 3 kids and I don’t have time for meal prepping and extensive gym work outs. Hopefully I will be able to reach my goal of being a healthy weight and stay that way!
