It was easy and clear, but took much longer than promised up front.

Once your body adjusts to the side effects such as being a little moody and headaches then it's fine. You get hungry but once you start eating your suddenly not hungry. Example, where once I could eat whole hamburger and fries now I can't eat the fries..You just feel full. Also, a lot of thing you used to crave you look at and have no desire to eat. Hang in for the first month. I tried taking the full dosage when I got 2 in am and 2 in pm. I was extremely nauseated and vomiting. I went back to three a day and have done fine.

only problem was the renewing process, missed calls from doctor delayed getting pills. rest is 5 stars....

The service has been great and I am hoping I will start to see results soon. End of 2nd month and I am just staying at the same weight + or - 4 or 5 lbs. I know my eating and cravings have changed for the better but I don’t really see it in my weight loss.

Easy access and great service.

It does a great job on food cravings, but you have to get pass the nausea when you first start taking them I'm on my 3rd week and down 6 lbs.
