Staff and Doctor were polite and very helpful. The ease of website and phone consultation made this very convenient. I really loved that it was available to me this way. Everything arrived on time, and packaged well. During week one I had zero change in my appetite. Very discouraging, but I also have had zero side effects so I figured I’d stick it out. Upping my dosage to 3 pills a day has been a game changer. I am no longer hungry for no reason or food driven!!! I will add the 5th star when I have had more time to see how well the effects last. I could figure out how to use the site to order and check my orders, but it wasn't the easiest. The doctor who did my consult was excellent, and I'm very happy with the product, although I do experience the side effects most days.

The process to sign up was easy. After waiting two days to speak to a doctor though, I reached out through the chat box on the site. A woman told me that she was putting me in the doctor's queue and that someone would call me soon. That afternoon when I still hadn't heard from anyone, I called. A gentleman told me that he could see I was in the queue. I told him I'd been in it for eight hours and he apologized. He then told me he'd upgrade my first shipment to two-day at no cost to me. Within an hour I spoke to someone and two days later, I received my Contrave.
