Do It!! Started in March 2020 @185+/- lbs. now Jan 2021 @149.3 lbs. Barely had any side effects, I feel better than ever and finally am almost down to pre-baby weight (7 years ago) I recommend this to everyone to try. It really works. Contrave has helped me develop discipline with eating. I don't feel like I have to eat until I'm stuffed and then regret it. For myself at first I didn't see a difference but by the time I was on the middle of the second bottle I had lost 20lbs. You have to stick to it and listen to your body if your not hungry don't eat.. If you think your hungry drink water first and see if your just not thirsty. Make sure to be mindful when you eat. best of luck
