I have been taking Contrave for 7 months and have lost 56 pounds - so far! Yes, there were some manageable side effects during the first few weeks (blurry vision, occasional constipation,etc.) - but I've lost FIFTY SIX POUNDS - so it's all worth it! The blurry vision has ceased and I just keep Miralax handy. I finally have the ability to say, "no" and make it stick.
