As I am just starting this product I cannot give it a 5 star yet. However, it does seem to curb some of my apatite so far. During the first few days I had a headache but all negative reactions stopped within the first few days of use. I hope this review helps.

It was hard to get in contact with the Dr with a 48 hr. spread. It would be better to have a date and a morning or afternoon spread. Or better doing it on line as many doctors do

I didn’t feel a decrease in hunger, I feel like it was more of a placebo effect for me. However, I don’t crave coffee or caffeine any longer which is great! So I can see how it helps others with addiction to certain things. I had headaches and slight dizziness at the beginning, but they went away. I would recommend it, but it doesn’t decrease the appetite. I used it for a couple months, but I don’t feel the need to continue using it. It did have positive benefits.
