Well I think the program itself, with the automatic shipping the same price every month and the on-time deliveries is wonderful, the healthcare providers that I have had appointments with in order to continue my prescription have been let’s just say subpar. The last interaction I had was with a provider who did not know the prescribing information. I was very very very disappointed.

Took for 4 days and had the worst nausea and vomiting ever. With so many people experiencing side effects, the company should consider a week trial or some other way to trial and see if it will work for you. After 4 days I am now out $200 for an online consultation and pills I cannot keep taking.

I inquired on canceling my next order and I WAS given instruction on how to do so, however, I think a better customer service would have been to simply cancel or delay the order for me.

I have a prescription for contrave and received monthly shipments. This month my shipment never arrived and no one is returning phone calls

I emailed and requested to cancel My order. And I STILL received a shipment !! I tried to call and did not get an answer. Where do I go from here ? I would like to cancel monthly shipments

I muscled through the first week of feeling lethargic and out of it the whole time...but thought okay this will pass...no. Day 8 I took the pill in the evening and the next morning I took the first dose of the day...I felt horrible all day! Not only in this fog, but feeling as though I would throw up any moment. I couldn't do it anymore! No weight loss program is worth feeling like crap all day! I suppose if you can stay home all day while acclimating to it, it would be possible but I couldn't even function at work like I normally do so I had to call it quits!

I was very excited to start this medication. I did a lot of research before actually committing. Side effects were said to be nauseous, constipation, etc...I thought I could handle this, boy was I wrong. Within the first couple hours of taking the medicine I was nauseated. By late afternoon I was throwing up. I give me a migraine. By 5pm I was in bed trying to sleep it off. This was day one. By the way I couldn’t eat anything after taking the medicine that morning. It made the nausea worst. 2nd day I prayed it would get better and took the medicine again, but this time I ate something before I took it, I had a banana. Same results. I was nauseated, I got a migraine, I had a couple spoon fulls of some soup and couldn’t hold it down. By late afternoon I was throwing up again. Day 3- I couldn’t do it. I stopped taking the medicine. It took a good 5 days for me not to feel any side effects. I couldn’t use the restroom for almost 5 days. I ended up having to take a laxative. There are no shortcuts in this journey. I do not recommend taking this medications.
