This is the first time I have taken medication that has help. I feel like it helps me to control appetite and does not cause the weight to come off so fast. The weight comes off at a healthy rate. Most people think the faster the better, but that is how the weight comes right back or you cause malnutrition at times. I don't feel like I am starving myself like some other weight loss programs, which never last long and the weight just comes back. At 1st I was worried I was not doing enough, but I realized about a week ago I went down a size and just been afraid to buy my new size.
