In the beginning it made it irritable and I had alot of mood swings,but it work for cravings and not feeling hungry, I've been taking these for a long time over 3 months I'm not sure how much I've lost,but I usually don't crave anything and I honestly can say eating the healthy foods is easy to do,with and smaller portions for me,but also I'm on Topamax 50mg 2times a day.
