I have lost 65 pounds this year and am no longer obese and am now on the lower range of overweight. Contrave has helped so much with food cravings, especially with sugar. Now some things like soda no longer even taste that good to me. I have not had to give up any food category but of course eat much smaller portions. Doctor offered good advice and didn’t make you feel embarrassed for being fat.
