GetcleanpeopleReviews of getcleanpeople.com

Bought a package of 96 detergent sheets. Very disappointed they didn’t suds up and didn’t clean clothes. Asked company for a refund and they said “use baking soda and vinegar with the sheets”. I am using them now just to get rid of them but today after using 1/2 sheet for a regular load, I found the sheet stuck to the gasket and it left a gunky mess. Tried to submit a review on their website and they refused to post it saying I had already submitted the same review. I had not submitted this review and think they are intentionally blocking bad reviews.

Such a scam and the product is horrible. Zero scent and doesn't clean. I cancelled my subscription and they still charged me.

These sheets do not dissolve properly and become an almost glue when stuck to s piece of clothing. Worst product ever. And yes we have soft water. Never have this problem my other brand. Never using this garbage again.

Still waiting on product 3 weeks after buying from them. SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I am in the process of seeking legal advice on how to get my money back.

They pulled a fast one when she was ordering and substituted 20% discount instead of extra pads Bad business practices and poor attitude

BEWARE! I was so hopeful for these dishwasher pods that I bought a few bags to save on shipping. Turns out, they are actually making our dishes dirtier. After washing our dishwasher spray arms, pre-rinsing as we always do, adding a "power scrub" and "extra rinse" cycle, and giving a pre soapy scrub to oily items, we are scrubbing tough residue off at least 1/3 of our dishes. Not what we want to spend our time on! Because we were outside the 30 day return window, they are not being helpful at all and are just suggesting we buy different types of their products.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Absolutely trash customer service they do not respond. Products came broke open in the box and they want me to send the broken containers back to them in order to give a refund; let alone they wouldn’t answer themselves I had to go through PayPal to get any response and it took them right up until the last day. I wouldn’t reccomend this company to my worst enemy. Not to mention I doubt it’s even made in Canada or using “clean” products.

Made an order online for one product “bundle” 2 other bundles for of products were added mysteriously at checkout. Emailed Clean People within 3 minutes of ordering. 5 days later they responded that it was too late to cancel as order had been shipped. They made me wait for the product, print a return label, drive to thr post office, get a box, and return it. That was over 2 weeks ago, over a month and I already had to pay for the full checkout amount as the credit card was due. Now they don’t respond. I have involved my credit card company to dispute the charge now. Buyer beware!
