Items leaked all over each other, nothing can be used, contacted them twice and no response... so they stole my money. Deplorable.

This is the second time I was sent cleaning sheets without my requesting them. The first time they said I signed up for a subscription, which I know I would not do because I was just trying this company for the first time. I emailed them and was told they would send me a return label if I wanted to send it back. I chose to pay them the $30 for the laundry detergent, with the promise that my subscription would be canceled. I just received another box of laundry detergent sheets, and was charged another $30. I didn't even get open the last box. My credit card disputed the charge and told me that the dispute was settled. Now I get another notice from the Clean People saying I could either pay for the detergent or they will send me a label and I will have to mail them back the box of detergent. What a scam!!!!! I am not going to send them back the product that I did not ask for but was sent two times!!! What a waste of my time. There is no way to contact them by snail mail or by phone. This is a very frustrating company to work with. The laundry sheets were okay. They did the job for me, but my clothes are never very soiled.

I just tried the laundry sheets horrible it faded my nightgowns badly and shrunk them I've had these for 2 years with no issue my clothes felt kind of weird and rough and I feel itchy from the product it didn't even make suds the dish soap is very hard to rinse off I'm going to try to get a refund I don't know if they're going to do it but they also ripped me off they claim that they save me $10.80 well they didn't they charged me full price very deceptive I do intend to turn them into consumer fraud if they don't give me a refund

Ordered the laundry sheets because of all the hype ,how good they were supposed to be , Not cheap but thought I would give them a try.wish I hadent bothered ...they were useless. Dident even get everyday stains out never mind ingrain ones. My normal washing detergent dealt with all stains easily,wish I had stuck to the norm,at least I would have clean clothes and extra money in my purse Emailed the company and they said I needed to buy and add one of their stain removers to my wash as my clothes must have been really dirty...cheek of these people, I also stupidly ordered dishwasher tabs before I had tried the laundry sheets and these are just as useless. Please don't waste your money, they maybe plastic free and safer to use but not worth the money.

Ordered my products on 26th June and still not delivered. Have reached out 3 times now and they advised they would resend ‘for free’ (how can I be getting something for free that I have already paid for 🤷‍♂️). However surprise surprise no product received as yet. Additionally no response from Hannah at ‘Customer Services’ to my last 2 messages. I keep getting review emails so here is your review

Absolutely awful, says on the website no questions asked refund well that's not true for a start ! I have sent email after email asking for a return address and a full refund, only to now be ignored, because these laundry sheets left my clothes and washing machine smelling like wet damp dog !! Definitely disgusting took a few washes for my machine to return to normal even after a boil wash 😳 Please please DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ‼️

⭐☆☆☆☆ 1/5 Stars Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I placed an order with Clean People on May 18 and, nearly a month later, I still had not received it. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of customer service. Every email response took several days, I received generic replies that did not address my concerns, and there was no phone number or customer service representative available to speak with directly. Over the course of multiple email exchanges, no one offered a concrete solution until I finally sent a firm complaint demanding either a replacement shipment or a refund. Only then was I informed that the package was "stuck in transit" and a refund was issued. Mistakes and shipping issues can happen with any company. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, Clean People failed on that front. There was no proactive communication, no urgency in resolving the issue, and no effort to make things right until I escalated the matter myself. The entire experience wasted a significant amount of my time and left me with no confidence in the company. There are plenty of competitors in this space offering similar products, and based on my experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I cannot recommend Clean People based on the customer service I received.

I've ordered from them before but this is the 1st time I've needed to return an item. As instructed, I filled out their on line return form June 8, 2026. Got a response that they got it & would send further instructions in a couple days. No response by June 10, 2026. Sent an email. Got same response again. Here it is June 12, 2026 and still no response. I think they'll try to hold me off until it gets close to 30 days for a refund. What I want to return is a reusable silicone storage bag. It was shipped with my laundry detergent sheets so reeked of the detergent. Despite hand washing and drying then running it through my dishwasher the smell will not go away so I would not put food in this bag. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. If I do not hear by June 15, I will call my credit card and dispute the charge and have kept my emails from them.
