I was very disappointed, not with the product but with the cost. I bought one plus one free cream, a stick, and a packet of wipes for $118NZ. These products are tiny and comparing the website images, I was sure I had been sent the travel size in error. However I could find no mention of tube size on the website. I also received a packet of baby wipes instead of the Clairon body wipes. The packet was yellow with a duck cartoon and called “junior”.
I contacted Clairon, sending photos of my order and what I had received. In response I got an email asking me to send photos so they could check the products. I replied I had done this the first time but included the pictures again.
I received a further email saying the sizes were correct and the baby wipes (at $26) were exactly the same as the Clairon body wipes, just in different packaging.
There were no apologies. No further advice was given. They have lost a customer.

Avoid! Truly Awful Customer Service and misleading refund policy if it doesn't work for you!
I tried this cream twice a day for 3 weeks for under breast intertrigo. Within 24 hours the rash improved and I was over the moon. However, by day 3 it had returned. Still I persevered, with slight improvements, followed by flare ups. Then, red, sore, itchy and wet!
Now, my one star is not wholly based on the actual efficacy of the cream as I realise it works for some people, just not for me. My review is based on the fact that when I contacted the company, perfectly politely, for a no questions asked refund, they tried to get me to continue with the cream. I agreed to give it another week, by which time it would run out and, as I was reluctant to reorder, I would then require a refund. This is where the 'fun' started.
I was told that not only should I continue to use it, but I couldn't have a refund anyway as the cream had been opened and used! This is indeed a refund term on their website, but is actually unenforceable as you cannot be expected to buy a cream that you cannot open and use. Moreover, their first term of "your order is backed by our 100 day money-back guarantee. If you aren't satisfied we will refund you, no questions asked" is totally misleading and disingenuous!
When I pointed this out to them, they continued to stick to not issuing the refund as I had opened and used the product. Eventually, they offered me 20% refund and I could keep the cream. I refused as they are not fulfilling their promise of a refund and expecting it not to be opened or used is unenforceable as a contract term.
They still wouldn't budget on offering anything other than the 20% refund, despite me saying I would report them to Trading Standards.
Eventually, I contacted my bank to open a dispute and they gave me a charge back on the payment. To my horror, they also informed me that the company had set up a recurring card payment; this was without my authorisation! The bank have blocked it!
If I could give this awful company zero stars, I would! They are preying on desperate people with a distressing skin problem, who are hoping for a solution. If it works for you I am truly happy for you, but beware if it doesn't because their customer service is appalling and their money-back guarantee means nothing! Be prepared to have to contact your bank, and do contact Trading Standards as they deserve to be held to account!

I paid for a product that never arrived
I ordered Clairon hoping that it would help my skin condition. Within a couple of days of placing my order, they emailed me saying there would be a delay in shipment, but I was not to worry because it would be shipped soon. Surprise! It never arrived. When I emailed after waiting a few weeks, all I got back was a curt answer saying their records showed the product had been delivered, and I should check with the carrier to find out what went wrong. I did not know who they used as the carrier, so I was left with less money in the bank and no cream. I have since found another company that supplies a similar product, was cheaper and no problems with delivery - AND - it actually seems to be working, so "stuff" Clairon and their version of customer service.

Unsatisfactory customer support
The description of the product was wrong on the website so the ingredients of the product I received were nothing like what I wanted - after 2 emails I got an explanation but before that they tried to make me feel I was the one confused
Makes it hard for me to trust the other products

I have been waiting for close to two…
I have been waiting for close to two months for my order. Based on tracking it seems stuck at customs. The company has done nothing to solve this problem. Very dissatisfied.

Total scam product
Total scam product. While it might work in some cases it does not work for me. I bought 2 as a trial and it made my condition worse after trying the product for a week. I requested a refund as they guarantee either a 60 or 100 day refund. Scam. They first offer 20% refund to a max of 30%. If you read their terms and conditions they state unequivocally you can get a refund if you meet the requirements. I did. Prevarication, useless platitudes and no real solution. Round and round hoping to wear you down. They are scammers just wanting payment for any old stuff claiming to work miracles. It is true you get what you pay for, a special deal on a really expensive product don’t trust it. Another thing check your credit cards they automatically sign you up for a subscription. You probably are not aware until it’s too late then try and get your money back then. BEWARE SCAM
