I ordered a mouthguard from this company and when i got it didn’t fit at all. Filed a return. Nightmare. Went back and forth 72 emails (so far). They received my return, and said they processed it and said they issued a refund. Still have not received the refund a month later and every time I email it’s an automated message. Do not recommend ordering anything from this company.

Please avoid this company at all costs! The night guards are terribly cheap and poorly made. The teeth impressions are uneven, and I couldn’t even put them on—they’re extremely small, as if made for a child. I’m so disappointed, especially after waiting a month. I’ve already requested a refund online and will be returning their overpriced, low-quality product. Do not waste your time or money on this. Instead, visit your dentist and order professional night guards. Update: I returned night guards by using their return label 20 days ago, it says “DELIVERED” and I still didn’t get my refund!!!!!! You are a BIG scammer’s!!!!!!

Uncomfortable night guard. Terrible customer service. When you reach out, they come back after 2 weeks saying they're sorry and will exchange your night guard for you, but no one reaches out. Then they ask for the order number and get back after another 2 weeks. After checking via email, they charge you for your new expression kit because of their 30-day policy. Unbelievably frustrating! I wish they'd improve their communication and support.

I ordered an impression kit from Cheeky a month ago. At first it was my mistake that I gave the wrong address. They corrected the address and offered a one time forgiveness to resend the kit to the correct address. However the kit was incomplete as I didn’t receive the total kit, no return envelope. When I tried to get a human customer service representative I was told they have none. All my correspondence had been my Ken the AI !! If you want to speak to a real person, don’t use this company! As of now I’m still waiting for my kit to arrive. Again this company is only operated by AI!! It’s very difficult and stressful dealing with this situation. I’m feeling very stressed and sorry I that I used this company. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did, if you value human correspondence

It took 4 months to get the first night guard as they have horrible service. It is cheap and flimsy. None of the subscription refills ever fit and there's no customer service at all. They simply do not care about customers at all. Just a horrible company with apparently no quality control or management whatsoever.

Awful scammers. Never sent retainers and never refunded my order. They have multiple return policies with vague wording to weisle out of refunds.

I ordered a nightguard impression kit in September, but every tray they sent was too small. I requested a larger tray and was told it would ship within a week. For the next four weeks, I checked in weekly and kept hearing the same excuse, “we haven’t heard from our fulfillment team, but it’s shipping soon.” After a month of no updates or accountability, I finally had to demand a refund. Even then, they received my return and sat on it for two weeks until I followed up again, only then did the refund appear the next day. This company is extremely unprofessional. Their internal teams clearly don’t communicate, they make false promises, and their customer service is completely unreliable. It took nearly two months just to resolve a simple issue. Don’t trust them with your money, just go to a real dentist for your nightguards.
