Two of the mixing compounds I received were not just white, they had a gray substance on top of them. I contacted customer services, and it took a few days to get a response, but I was told that I did not receive the correct compounds and that they would ship me a new starter kit. That was 8 days ago, and I still haven't received the new kit. Who knows what would have happened if I mixed together what they sent me? Would it have been toxic? Or adhered to my teeth??? I am very skeptical of this company, their quality control, and customer service at this point. I will wait for the updated kit, ensure the compound colors match the training video, and hope to be satisfied with the rest of the fulfillment of my order.

I ordered a kit and they sent the wrong one. A month later, they finally sent the correct item—but I had already asked them to cancel. Now they want to charge me a return fee for their mistake. Poor customer service and unfair policies. Do not do business here.

Horrible shipping & customer service. I ordered a water flosser and still haven't received it a month later. When emailing customer service since of course there isn't a contact phone number, they reply with basic "your request has been escalated" emails and no real solutions. I'm out $40 and have nothing to show for it.

The putty is faulty. The impression deforms before it hardens. After looking further into reviews and complaints it appears this is a common issue and I no longer trust that well fitting guards can be produced. I have reached out asking for a refund and I have yet to hear back aside from a computer generated automatic AI email. I will have a file a complaint with BBB and ask my bank for a chargeback if they continue to ignore my request. My order number is 307851. I've included that in my previous attempts to contact the company. Update: I returned my kit as instructed by the company and I received confirmation from USPS that the return was received. I am still waiting for a response and refund from the company (three unanswered emails).

Initially a fast response and they admitted the putty for the impression was faulty and would send a new one. Then ghosted me on every request for an update. After checking Reddit I am sadly not shocked.

Putty needed hours to harden. Contacted customer service, they said they would sent replacement putty. Two weeks later, no putty. I emailed about not getting the replacement putty, no response. I paid for this crap and now I have nothing to show for it. I want a full refund.

Do not waste a dime or a second of your energy on this company. I ordered a replacement night guard in July 2025, and it is now February 2026 with nothing to show for it. While they had no trouble getting the impression kit to me, the actual product—which I paid for in full—has never arrived. Their customer service is a masterclass in gaslighting. They claim the delay is "out of their hands" due to shipping issues, yet I receive USPS deliveries without a problem. When I follow up, they hide behind excuses about "new tickets" being opened to explain their silence. The breaking point was the refund request. After failing to deliver for over half a year, they had the audacity to deny my refund by claiming I ordered in 2024. That is a blatant lie. I ordered in 2025, and the only reason so much time has passed is because they spent seven months dragging their feet and making empty promises. They are essentially stealing money at this point. This is the most disorganized, dishonest business I have ever dealt with. Stay far away

I still have not received my impressions. I have had two or three different problems with two sets of putty. I’m not sure what’s going on.
