My first bite guard did not fit. I contacted Cheeky customer support, and they readily sent me another impression kit. I redid the impression, being extra careful to cover teeth and a little bit of my gums and sent it back. Just received the new bite guard - it fits perfectly and should help reduce further gum damage while also maintaining my alignment. I very likely will order again when this one is ready to be replaced!

Was not thrilled with the hybrid night guard and requested to exchange/return for a hard night guard per my dentists recommendation. The process was quite easy and communication was well delivered.

I had a mouth guard, my second order, that was sent to me that didn't fit well, it was cut a little too short so to speak. The team worked with me to send out a replacement, complimentary!! Christian, my rep, was great at communication and was very professional. I will use them again. Thank you

"Wonderful service. Easy to use mold. I don’t do well with this type of thing but found it pretty easy. You mailed that in and after about two weeks, you receive your bike guard. I have extremely severe TMJ and have bitten right through past guards made by dentist. One by an expert so-called which I bit through in one night. I have now been using the cheeky one for three nights and it is comfortable and I have not bitten through it. Great company and the price is doable. The ones I had made by dentists that were so expensive were not as good as the cheeky one."
